Our Food and Beverage department is seeking Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations. This team member will report to the Food & Beverage Manager of the department and act as a leader in the department. This team member will work within all portions of the department including cooking, team member hiring and coaching, custodial, ordering and more. A successful candidate will have experience in food and beverage, especially in cooking, and be ready to be creative and flexible in a time of change and growth within our organization. This candidate will work in our kitchens to prepare food and will help coach other employees on how to prepare our dishes. This applicant will also be a decision maker on menu items, recipes and future improvements to our kitchen. Applicants need reliable transportation and will need the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, days and holidays. This is a full-time, year-round position with health benefits, paid time off, 401k and cash HSA contribution.




Ski School Administrator

Our Snow Sports School Administrator helps manage our scheduled lessons by matching them with the best instructor for the guest. This person also supports the guest experience by taking reservations (via phone and in-person) and explains our lesson products. This is a full-time position for the winter with an hourly wage and season pass benefits.


Lift Operators

Our lift operators are the highest paid front-line seasonal positions.  Plus, they are the true faces and personalities of our outdoor staff.  Team members interact with guests and listen to their choice of music while operating our chairlifts and rope tows to take guests up the mountain.  Along with an increased hourly wage from previous seasons, these employees are also eligible for a $1 per hour worked bonus at the end of the season! (that can add up!)  We offer full-time, part-time and holiday schedules for this opportunity.  Hourly wage, season-end bonus and season pass benefits are offered with these positions.



Wild Mountain is opening the new Corduroy Club Bar this winter!  This up-scale bar will need several friendly bartenders to service our guests.  Full-time and part-time positions available.  Hourly wage, tips and season pass privileges included.


Rental Equipment Techs

Our Rental Equipment Techs work within our ski and snowboard rental department.  They help our guests get the right ski and snowboard equipment to help them have a great day on the slopes.  These team members issue boots, helmets, skis and snowboards to guests in an enjoyable and fast-paced atmoshphere.  Full-time and part-time positions available.  These positions offer an hourly wage and season pass benefits.


Food & Beverage Team 

Our Food & Beverage department is seeking candidates to help us in all aspects of our operation.  These positions will help prepare and cook food, cashier, bus tables and wash dishes.  Full-time, part-time and holiday positions available. Hourly wage and season pass privileges included.

Winter Ticket Sales

Our winter ticket sales team helps our guests purchase tickets, season passes, equipment rentals and retail items.  They work closely with guests in a fast-paced and fun environment.  


Tubing Ticket Sales

We are seeking team members to work at our snow tubing location to handle ticket sales and some food & beverage duties.  These team members will check-in guests and issue tickets for each tubing session.  Plus, these employees will serve a small selection of food including pizzas, drinks and pretzels.  


Administrator Generalist

The Administrative General will help in our office with a wide variety of tasks including helping with guest questions, waiver filing, group sales, ticket sales and any number of duties assigned throughout the week.  A good candidate will have strong computer skills and good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.


Line Cooks

We are seeking several line cooks to join our Food & Beverage teams. These positions will prep and cook food in both the Eagle's Nest and Cam's Cafe. Work in the Wild Mountain kitchens is both fun and fast-paced. Sound good to you?  Join us!



We are seeking a housekeeper to help keep our base lodge and outdoor spaces clean throughout the winter season. This team member will use various tools and supplies to clean spaces including floors, bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor grounds.   This position will work independently and will have flexibility in creating their schedule.  We need this person's support on weekends and certain days throughout the week, but a schedule can be worked out to best fit the applicant.


Competition Services Team

Do you like to race or have a passion for competition? Wild Mountain is hiring employees to assist with race setup, race teardown, course maintenance, and timing. This is a fun and fast pace environment where you get to support athletes in goals of being on the podium. Part time positions available, including hourly wage and season pass benefits.


Maintenance & Snowmaking Team

We are looking for team members to help us with summer, fall and winter maintenance projects including snowmaking.  Duties for this job will be diverse including painting, sandblasting lift components and other activities as they arise this summer and fall.  Then, candidates will stay on during the winter to make snow and work within lift operations.  Good performing employees will be asked to remain on-staff as we head into the summer of 2022.


Snow Tubing Attendants

Our snow tubing attendants interact with guests and safely operate our snow tubing attraction.  These employees are positioned at the top of the mountain and manage the pace of guests sliding down the tubing chutes.  These team members interact with customers in a fun environment, and then push and spin the guests down the snow in their tubes.  These positions work Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.  This opportunity includes an hourly wage and season pass benefits.


Ski & Snowboard Instructors

We are seeking enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders to help teach lessons to our guests.  No coaching experience is necessary.  Our team will teach you everything you need to know to deliver a great learning experience to our customers.  Our ski and snowboard instructors can choose their own schedules and work the days and times that fit best with their lives.  Hourly wage and season pass benefits included.
