Maintenance Tech // Ages 18+ // $20 per hour
Wild Mountain is seeking a full-time, year-round Maintenance Tech to support our operations in ski area maintenance, waterpark operations, and summer attractions.
Responsibilities include:
- Vehicle and chairlift maintenance
- Building maintenance
- Snowmaking operations
- Vehicle and snow groomer operation
- Facility and grounds maintenance

Must be able to solve problems independently, self-motivated, and able to work in varying weather conditions.
SUMMER OPPORTUNITIES
Housekeeper // Ages 16+ // $16 - $18
Our team is seeking a part-time housekeeper to help us with summer visitation. This position will work roughly 4-5 hours per day in the mornings. They will attend to our bathrooms, floors and common spaces prior to guests arriving at the property. This position must work on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional shifts available during the week.
Summer Dry Ride Supervisor // Ages 16 + // Wage Range $14.00 - $16.00
Lead the fun this summer at Wild Mountain! The Dry Ride Supervisor oversees the daily operation of attractions, leads and supports ride attendants, ensures safe ride operations, and delivers outstanding guest experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and creating a fun, safe environment for guests and employees alike.
WINTER OPPORTUNITIES
Ski Equipment Rentals Manager // Ages 18 + // $23hr
Wild Mountain Ski Area is looking for a motivated and guest serviced focused Ski & Snowboard Rental Manager to lead our rental operation during the winter season. This is a seasonal management position running October 15 through April 1.
The Rental Manager will oversee daily rental operations, including equipment preparation, inventory, guest service, staff scheduling, training, and maintaining an efficient rental experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and enjoys leading a seasonal team. Previous ski or snowboard rental experience and/or supervisory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Weekend and Evening availability are a must.

Snow Tubing Manager // Ages 18 + // $23hr
Wild Mountain is looking for a motivated and guest service-focused Snow Tubing Manager to lead our tubing operation during the winter season. This is a seasonal management position running December 1 through approximately March 15.
The Snow Tubing Manager will oversee daily tubing operations, including staff scheduling, training, guest service, hill operations, safety procedures, equipment, food service management, and maintaining a fun and efficient experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and enjoys leading a seasonal team. Previous ski area, recreation, or supervisory experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Weekend and evening availability is required.
