Wild Mountain is currently accepting applications for a variety of seasonal, guest-focused roles. Successful candidates will be outgoing with a passion for guest service and a commitment to safety. Team members must be observant, engage positively with each guest, actively and kindly enforce rules, and follow all company policies. This includes wearing proper uniforms and remaining unplugged from personal electronics. We want our guests to have an exceptional day at Wild Mountain and it all starts with you!

WINTER OPPORTUNITIES // Apply Now

Chairlift Operators
Ages 16+ // $16 - $17/hour

Chairlift operators oversee our chairlift and rope tows during the winter, and interact with guests as they get on and off of the lifts. Many guests come to know the chairlift operators and enjoy their interactions with them.

Our chairlift operators also get to DJ their post and listen to their own tunes during their shift.

We have openings for full-time, part-time, day, night and seasonal employees in this department. This positions begins work in November or early December and goes through the end of March.

Line Cooks
Agess 16+ //
$15-$17/hour

We’re looking for motivated and hardworking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. In this role, you’ll prepare and cook menu items, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and work with the team to make sure every plate looks great and tastes even better.

No experience? No problem — we’ll train the right people who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy fast-paced work, teamwork, and creating great food, this is the job for you!

Winter Ticket Cashier
Ages 16+ // $11.13 - $14.50/hour

Be the heart of winter operations by welcoming guests, providing resort information and ensuring them a success day on the mountain. As part of the ticketing team, you will assist guests with ticket purchases, equipment rentals, and retail sales. You must also proactively provide information about resort attractions, amenities, and policies. This opportunity requires attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and customer service skills.

Ticket Scanner
Ages 14+ // $11.13 - $14.50
/hour

Enjoy the outdoors this winter while monitoring access on our slopes. As a Ticket Scanner, you will utilize both technology and common sense to verify every guest has a valid ticket or season pass. It takes an outgoing and energetic personality to interact with each guest in a welcoming and appreciative manner. Ticket Scanners must be detail-oriented, assertive, and willing to engage in conversation. This is an entry-level role that also offers great scheduling flexibility.

Ski and Snowboard Instructors
Ages 14+ // $11.13-$15
/hour

Do you know how to ski or snowboard and want to share that passion with others? Wild Mountain is seeking ski and snowboarders instructors to join our team. No experience necessary as we will give you all the tips and tools to be successful. This is a small commitment with huge rewards. This is a seasonal part-time position from December to March.
