Snowsports Director

Maintenance personnel have a wide range of responsibility.  You will be working in your area of experience as well as learning new skills.  You must be willing to take on a wide variety of responsibilities. 

Responsibilities include:

General labor, maintenance and operation of vehicles, 4-wheelers, snow cats, loaders, skidders, water slide and ride equipment, chair lifts and snow machines as well as general building and grounds maintenance.  Experience in all of these areas is not required as we will train the right candidate. 

Interested applicants must have some maintenance experience / background and be energetic, willing to take on ta wide variety of responsibilities, be physically active and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

Waterpark, Alpine Slide, Freefall XP, and Go-kart Attendants 

Work the water rides, dry rides, or both!

Responsibilities include:

Ability to work outside in all conditions, provide excellent guest service, ensure the safety of guests and personnel by consistently enforcing and following safety and operating procedures, maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds, and perform opening and closing duties.  Alpine Slide and Go-kart attendants must be able to lift alpine sleds, tow at a time repetitively, push and pull loaded go-karts regularly and perform light maintenance duties.


Taylors Falls Canoe and Kayak Rental

If you want to work outside, are positive and energetic, can work face to face with the public and want to get paid to get a work out this summer, this is the opportunity for you.  No experience, certification, or special licensing is required.

Responsibilities include:    

The ability to work outside in all conditions, greeting and checking in guests, completing rental agreements, cash handling, hauling, lifting, and loading canoes , kayaks, and equipment on and off trailers repetitively, and driving vehicles with trailers, ensuring the safety of guests and personnel by consistently following safety and operating procedures, maintaining cleanliness of the facility and grounds, and performing opening and closing duties.


Food and Beverage Team 

We have a variety of positions available including cafeteria and snack bar cashiers and cooks, as well as catering teams for picnics, weddings, and formal events aboard the Taylors Falls Scenic Boat Tour Paddle boats.

Responsibilities include:

Depending on the position your are hired for, responsibilities will include ringing guests orders into the point of sale system, collecting payments, cooking, cleaning, stocking, and organizing, room arrangement and clean up, food preparation, exceeding guest expectations and bar tending.


Wild Mountain Grounds / Maintenance Crew 

Responsibilities include:  

Provide guest service as needed, cutting and trimming grass, Use of push lawn mower and a variety of other equipment and tools, grounds clean up and maintenance, set up, clean up, and take down of indoor and outdoor events, ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.  



This position is for the most positive, outgoing, energetic and personable team members that can make our guests feel important.

Responsibilities include:

Ultimate guest service, selling tickets, shop items, and season passes, assist with group check-in, helping guests with concerns, questions, locker and video game solutions, assisting the sales team with answering phones and other administrative office projects, chalet and facility organization, stocking, and clean up, and completing opening and closing duties.
