We are living in a weird world and we can all use a bit of security. As a result, we are committed to offering some peace of mind for our loyal season pass holders.
We pledge to deliver 100 days of skiing and riding for the winter of 2021/22 for our season pass holders. If our ski terrain is unable to operate for 100 days due to government mandate or weather anomalies, you’ll receive a credit toward a 2022/23 season pass based on the percentage of the season missed.
The 100-Day Pledge is free and included in all 2021/22 season passes purchased through November 15, 2021.

How The Credit Works
For all guests who purchased a 2021/22 season pass by April 5, 2021. Our 100-Day Pledge will offer a credit for a 2022/23 season pass. It will not provide refunds. It is not included for lesson programs or multi-day ticket products.
The credit is non-transferable and must be used for the original 2021/22 pass purchaser. The purchaser can apply the credit to a different season pass type for the 2022/23 season, but the credit is non-transferable and must be use for the original 2021/22 pass holder. (For instance, if John Doe purchased an adult season pass in 2021/22, he can apply a the credit to any season pass product for himself in 2022/23, but he cannot transfer the credit to a friend or family member.)
The 100-Day Pledge is not applied to X3 cards, seasonal lesson programs or individual day tickets.

Credit Calculation
The value of the credit will be based on the percentage of the 2021/22 season that Wild Mountain was unable to operate skiing based on a 100-day season. For instance, if Wild Mountain was open 75 days in 2021/22 season, a 25% credit would be offered for a 2022/23 season pass. The credit will be calculated at the end of the winter season.

Difference Between Season Pass Insurance and 100-Day Pledge
The 100-Day Pledge does not replace the season pass insurance we offer. Season pass insurance protects guest for injury or illness, transfer of residence and pregnancy. The 100-Day Pledge will not cover these issues.

Definition of an Open Day
An open day is considered any day in which the ski area offers lift-serviced skiing and riding at any time - morning, afternoon or night.
