Employment at Wild Mountain means you'll be working with guests and other employees who are passionate about winter sports - just like you.  We have numerous opportunities including full-time and part-time positions that work both inside and out.  

 

FOOD SERVICE & CATERING:

Our food service teams works in a variety of locations and handles numerous tasks throughout the winter.  Team members will be trained on cooking operations, point-of-sale usage, serving, stocking, food preparation, sanitation, bartending (18+) and more.  All shifts are available for winter 2020/21.

 

TICKET SALES:

This position is for the most positive, outgoing and energetic team members. Responsibilities include selling tickets and retail products, assisting guests with questions or concerns, including locker and video game solutions, organizing chalet facilities and supporting administration with various office tasks. Team members will also perform designated opening and closing procedures such as stocking and clean-up. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

   

LIFT OPERATORS:

This position provides safe, efficient, and courteous loading and unloading of our guests. Responsibilities also include maintaining load and unload areas and the understanding of lift policies and procedures. Must be willing to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions. Must have the flexibility and ability to work weekends and holidays during the ski season.

 

 

RENTAL TECHS:

The Rental Tech position is responsible for assisting our customers with the proper fitting of ski and / or snowboard equipment. Job Responsibilities include fitting boots, skis, snowboards and/or poles to guests’ satisfaction and to maintain all company paperwork according to policies and standards.  We are looking for staff that are energetic, motivated, and possess the ability to multi-task.  Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.    

 

TERRAIN PARK CREW:

Be a part of our Terrain Park Staff.  This job requires that you visually inspect, evaluate and maintain our terrain features. You will help maintain appropriate signage and terrain markings, work near heavy machinery and snowmaking, use hand and power tools, learn proper feature location, and educate our guests on the Smart Style Terrain Park Safety program. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.  Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.   

 

SKI & SNOWBOARD INSTRUCTORS:

The Wild Mountain Ski & Ride School is currently looking for new and experienced Ski and Snowboard instructors.  Our Instructors will provide quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals in a safe and fun manner.  If you’re hard working and feel exhilarated serving others, you’ll feel right at home teaching for Wild Mountain. No experience?  No problem, we'll teach you how to become a great ski or snowboard instructor for our guests.  Must be able to work in all weather conditions.  Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
